Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Repair:
- Install, inspect, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration units, including chillers and split ACs.
- Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions on HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and maintenance requests.
- Identify root causes of system failures and implement timely solutions.
- Energy Efficiency & Compliance:
- Monitor system performance and recommend energy-efficient solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
- Collaboration & Safety:
- Work closely with other engineering team members.
- Follow safety procedures and train junior technicians on maintenance practices.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an AC Technician, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
