Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes.
- Maintain M&E and HVAC equipment throughout the hotel, prioritizing health and safety.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation systems.
- Assist with emergency services, including fire alarms and standby power requirements.
- Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
Qualifications:
- A diploma in electro-technical services and a basic high school qualification.
- Proven knowledge in the operation and electrical maintenance of equipment.
- Good command of English and strong fault-finding skills.
