U.S. Embassy in Doha: Only QID holders can apply for visas

The U.S. Embassy in Doha has announced an important visa update, confirming that both immigrant and non-immigrant visa appointments are now restricted to applicants who reside in Qatar.
According to the embassy’s statement on its official social media channels, applicants must present a valid Qatar ID (QID) at the time of their appointment.
