Dubai Metro Service Resumes Following Brief Disruption on Red Line

The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the resumption of normal service on the Metro’s Red Line following a brief disruption caused by a technical issue.
The disruption affected operations between Al Garhoud and Union stations early Sunday morning.

The RTA noted that the issue was first reported at approximately 8:36 AM, and full service was restored by 9:00 AM, with teams working swiftly to resolve the problem.
In the interim, alternative bus services were provided to assist commuters at the affected stations.
The rapid response by the RTA ensured minimal inconvenience for travelers, allowing them to reach their destinations with as little delay as possible.
Commuters were encouraged to stay updated on service status through the RTA’s communication channels.
