Qatar Airways has announced that passengers with confirmed bookings for travel between 28 February and 15 March 2026 will have the option to change their travel dates by up to 14 days at no additional cost. Alternatively, passengers can choose to receive a refund for the unused portion of their ticket.

The airline has also issued a reminder that due to high call volumes, passengers may experience longer wait times when contacting customer service. They advised passengers to reach out only if their travel is scheduled within the next 48 hours.

For passengers with bookings outside of this period, Qatar Airways encourages them to manage their trips via the airline’s website or mobile app. Those who made reservations through a travel agent or third-party website are advised to contact the respective agent for assistance.
