Qualifications:
- Relevant stores management training.
- Experienced – minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Proficient in Computer software i.e. MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio).
- Preferably proficient in Oracle Application, Inventory and Purchasing Modules
Essential:
- High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of job-related experience OR Vocational/Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on role)
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Organise and plan the operational delivery for requisitions, receipts and issues within QAS Stores.
- Oversee all stores transaction processing (requisitions, receipts, issues and deliveries) taking place within QAS Stores.
- Supervise and conduct all Quarterly Stock Taking and reconciliation activities within QAS Stores.
- Organise QAS Stores staff in order to provide the most efficient and effective daily service to QAS
- Maintain relevant data (i.e. petty cash and receipt entries) to computers using available applications and QR recommended software i.e. oracle.
- Conduct workplace inspections of the QAS Stores area on a weekly basis ensuring all issues are reported or resolved as required.
- Ensure all stores related documentation is accurate and archived correctly.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
About the role:
Provides direct supervision and leadership to the stores team in their area of responsibility in the delivery of operational stores support to QAS.
