Qualifications:
You will have a relevant Tertiary, Trade or Vocational qualification with at least 3 years having worked in a Customer service role in an Airline, Travel, Hospitality or Hotel.
Experience working in the Gulf market and the ability to communicate in written and spoken English and Arabic language is an advantage. You will have good computer and mathematical skills, fair knowledge of world Geography and relationship building ability.
You must also have knowledge of IATA BSP ticketing and have attended Airline Basic Tariff course/s.
